Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the restaurant's financial performance, profitability, and commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the restaurant, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, upholding high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and continuously optimizing restaurant operations.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring their smooth integration into the team and operations.
  • Evaluating team performance, providing coaching, and offering feedback to enhance productivity.
  • Monitoring team attendance, tracking vacation leaves, and preparing monthly payroll accordingly.
  • Ensuring timely and quality service for customers' dine-in and delivery orders, promptly addressing any complaints.
  • Conducting daily inspections and periodic audits to ensure equipment safety and product quality, while addressing engineering issues related to equipment cost, installation, and maintenance.
  • Setting and achieving the restaurant's key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Estimating consumption, forecasting requirements, and managing inventory.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records, cash receipts, and overseeing accounting, budgeting, petty cash, and banking procedures.
  • Establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility.
  • Setting the cultural tone of the team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to consistently elevate performance standards.

Requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the F&B industry.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • The ability to multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure.
  • Current residency in the UAE.
  • Fluent English as a must, Russian as a plus
