We are looking for a Night Club Manager for a 5 star international lifestyle Hotel brand in the UAE.

This individual will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing nightlife operations at this top hotel, while maintaining a profitable department and high-quality products and service levels. The ideal person will know how to manage people and get them to perform their best and truly live for the brand with passion and excitement.

Some Responsibilities Include

• Oversee food and beverage service and preparation, staff levels management, door management, security, marketing and first class customer service

• Leads the booking, planning and executing of events. Plans and implements promotions and sales activities

• Ensure flawless FOH and BOH operation by presenting a hands-on management style within the operation during all service times

• Create operational budgets and implement procedures to ensure all food, beverage, equipment and labor costs remain in line with these budgets

• Previous experience in Club Management.
