Anticipate client/patient needs, respond promptly and acknowledge them, however busy and whatever time of day.
• Dealing with in person or over the phone to patients and visitors, calling them if appropriate with a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette responsible
• Pleasant personality
• Assisting client/patient in finding their way around the office
• Registering client/patient
• Sending out reminders for routine check-ups or further treatment
• Doing general administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing, and sorting, filing, sending forms.
• Handling payment from client/patient (cash, cards and cheques)
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Maintain reception areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
• Protects client/patient rights by maintaining high confidentiality of their records
• Caring, positive attitude to clients.
• Ensures that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the clinic.
• Frequently check with client/patient to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service
• Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture of himself/herself in the clinic.
• Be familiar with all clinic packages, promotions, prices and rates
• Maintain the register for the materials
• Try to resolve client/patient complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and inform the management about any incidents or their complaints.
• Ensure all staffs are present on the premises during hours of working of the clinic.
RULES.
• No person shall enter, be, or remain in any part of a clinic establishment or any room or space used by an off-premises service while consuming, using, or under the influence of an alcoholic beverage / drugs.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• No personal phone use is allowed on duty time.
