Experienced Logistics & Customs Sales Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics, customs coordination, and sales operations within the UAE. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Handle all sales inquiries related to logistics and customs services, providing accurate quotes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and shipping companies to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.

Monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to delays or documentation.

Prepare and process necessary customs documents and manage related compliance.

Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding sales, customs, and logistics performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

A graduate degree (preferably in Logistics, Business, or a related field).

4-6 years of experience in logistics, customs coordination, and sales in the UAE.

Knowledge of UAE customs laws and regulations.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.

Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
