• Good English
• Any nationality except Pakistan (I believe now the government accepts Pakistan nationalities with degrees only)
• Age -  25 – 35 years old
• Experience: 0 to 2 years or more
• Salary: AED2,500 per month
• Commissions: can go until AED2,000 + Reviews commissions + Retail commissions
• Yearly Bonuses based on the performance
• If the candidate decides to extend the contract we will offer AED500 for the air ticket
• Visa + Insurance
• 1 day off per week
• 30 days Annual leave + 15 days sick leave
• Full training by professionals

• The work will be in Malls
• Reporting directly to the Store Manager 
• Coordinating the cross-functional tasks between the store and the workshop 

MAIN DUTIES 

• The duties of the Sales Associate include but not limited to: Greeting Customers
• Assisting customers during their shopping experience
• Assisting customers upon dropping items and their collection
• Answering queries from customers
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
• Meeting the target (sales, reviews and retail)
• Providing high Customer service
• Refilling the shelves when necessary
• Stock transfers
• Receiving and store the delivery of the stocks
• Weekly and Monthly inventory
• Maintaining sales records for inventory control
• Updating MONDAY app on daily basis
• Keep the store tidy and clean
• Merchandising
• Develop the knowledge
• Learn the company services and retail
• Reporting discrepancies and matters to the Store Manager
• Close the Register on daily basis
• Handle customer’s complaints
• Follow and respect the company processes

COORDINATING THE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TASKS BETWEEN THE SHOP AND THE WORKSHOP 

• Following with the shipment/ collection of the shoes, bags and accessories under repair
• In charge of communicating with the workshop within the process by using the appropriate logistic and planning software.
