Responsibilities • Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams. • Develop and enforce hotel policies and procedures. • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality. • Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out processes. • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. • Oversee sales and marketing activities to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue. •
