Salary Structure:
AED 2500 - 5 cards target - for freshers
AED 3000 - 6 cards target - Relatively experienced (3-6 months of experience in selling bank retail products)
AED 3500 - 7 cards target - experienced (more than 6 months of experience)
Incentive will be AED 500/- per card above the target. There is option of cross selling also which will be explained at the time of interview
