Retail incharge for Liquor Storage with FMCG experience. Location Ajman or Abu Dhabi.

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Storage/Warehouse Associate** with experience in the FMCG sector to manage the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of liquor products. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, familiarity with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) operations, and an understanding of inventory management in a fast-paced environment.  
- Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming liquor stock following company and regulatory standards.  
- Manage stock rotation using FIFO/LIFO methods to maintain product quality and compliance.  
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.  

Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and dispatch liquor products efficiently and accurately to meet delivery timelines.  
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.  

Storage and Compliance:
- Store products in designated areas, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines specific to liquor storage (e.g., temperature, humidity).  
- Ensure compliance with alcohol storage and handling regulations, as well as company policies.  

FMCG-Specific Practices:
- Leverage FMCG industry experience to optimize storage layouts and streamline workflows.  
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks in alignment with high turnover rates common in FMCG environments.  

Safety and Maintenance:
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.  
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment by adhering to safety standards.  

Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on stock levels, damaged goods, and order discrepancies to management.  
- Use warehouse management software to track inventory movements and generate reports for analysis.  

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).  
- **3+ years of experience in storage/warehouse operations within the FMCG sector.**  
- Experience in the liquor/beverage industry is a strong advantage.  
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.  
- Forklift certification is preferred.
