We are looking for a motivated Filipino female front desk receptionist.
SALARY RANGE: 3,000 AED
RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Making the data base of the clients for sales.
• Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ordering office supplies and Maintaining office systems
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
• Updating computer records using a database & Printing and photocopying
• Reporting and assisting the branch manager for the office issue.
• Making the monthly attendance for all the staff in Abu Dhabi.
• Making the Spreadsheet of office caller report and submit to the office manager weekly.
