Machine Maintenance & Repair: 

• Perform routine maintenance on production machinery, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems on production machines, such as conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulic presses, motors, and pumps.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions using testing equipment and manuals to ensure timely repairs.
• Perform emergency repairs when breakdowns occur to minimize production downtime.

Preventive Maintenance: 

• Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for all manufacturing machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, adjusting parts, and testing machine performance.
• Identify potential issues before they cause machine failures and ensure timely repairs or replacements of faulty components.

Machine Setup & Calibration: 

• Assist in setting up machinery for production runs, ensuring machines are calibrated correctly and meet production specifications.
• Work with machine operators to ensure equipment is correctly aligned and functioning according to production needs.
• Make adjustments to machines during operations as needed to maintain product quality and machine performance.

Electrical System Maintenance: 

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical systems for machines, including motors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), wiring, and control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.
• Work with programmable controls to adjust machine functions and ensure seamless operation.
• Follow safety protocols when working with high-voltage electrical equipment or complex mechanical systems.
• Regularly test safety features on machines (e.g., emergency stops, guards) and repair any faults immediately. Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment or parts as needed.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
• Accommodation and transport provided. Please note that the factory works on a 12-hour shift pattern.
