Design and develop mechatronic systems that integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components to create advanced automation solutions. 

• Conduct research and testing to develop new technologies and enhance existing products in robotics, control systems, and automation. 
• Develop, test, and implement control algorithms for mechanical systems, including sensors, actuators, and feedback loops. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software engineers) to integrate components and ensure smooth system operation. 
• Design and program embedded systems and microcontrollers for mechatronic applications. 
• Create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test protocols, and operation manuals. 
• Use CAD and simulation tools to design, analyze, and optimize mechatronic systems and components. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, and software systems during testing and implementation phases. 
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. 
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in mechatronics, robotics, and related technologies to bring innovative solutions to the company’s product line. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Proven experience in mechatronics engineering, robotics, or automation. 
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, electrical systems, sensors, actuators, and control systems. 
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink). 
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar for embedded systems. 
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems, PLCs, and robotics. 
• Familiarity with electronics, including circuit design, PCB layout, and troubleshooting. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
• 5+ years of experience in mechatronics engineering or a related field. 
• Relevant certifications or professional memberships in mechatronics or automation (e.g., IEEE, ASME) are a plus. 
• Please note that the factory works on a 12-hour shift pattern. 

Salary Range: AED 2,500.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month
